The Role
As an Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our team, engaging in:
- In-depth analysis, evaluation, structuring, and valuation of potential investments.
- Transaction & Due diligence processes.
- Managing financial analysis, modeling, and valuation throughout entry, holding, and exit phases.
- Driving value creation within our portfolio companies and representing Evolver’s core values in all stakeholder interactions.
Who You Are
- A positive & motivated team player with a track record of achieving impactful results.
- Curious and analytical with a genuine interest in finance and business development.
- Experienced in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or related fields.
- A strong proponent of sustainability, ESG, equality, and diversity.
- Fluent in English, with a willingness to travel within Finland and Sweden.
